Welcome to Car Lab's Development!
By purchasing any product listed on this store, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully, as we will not be held responsible if you choose not to. If you disagree with any of the below terms, you may not purchase anything listed on the store.

Definitions:

  1. CFX: Refers to the CitizenFX Collective.
  2. We: Refers to Car Lab's Development.
  3. Keymaster: The system provided by CFX that allows users to manage and transfer licenses for purchased assets.
  4. License Key: A unique key generated to be assigned to each server for usage validation.
  5. Server: A virtual environment where the purchased assets are deployed and utilized.

1. Asset Usage and Transfers:
1.1. You may transfer the purchased assets to another CFX account as per CFX's Keymaster transfer policy. However, this transfer can only occur once and cannot be reversed. Upon transferring, you may no longer sell, share, or distribute the assets in any form. If you transfer the assets, you must delete all files and copies as you are no longer the owner. If purchasing the asset for another server, use the gift feature to allow the server owner to transfer the asset back to you when you leave the server.
1.2. You may only use the purchased assets on a server that uses a license key owned by the same keymaster the asset is licensed to. As per CFX's Keymaster limitations, each CFX account is allowed to have a maximum of three license keys associated with it. Therefore, you are authorized to use the asset on a maximum of three servers, with each server utilizing a separate license key. It is strictly prohibited to exceed this server limit or attempt to bypass the restriction in any manner. If you wish to use the asset on more than three servers, you must purchase additional licenses accordingly.

2. Price and Listing Changes:
2.1. While we strive to maintain stable prices and listings, we reserve the right to change the price of any asset or modify the listing at any time without prior notice.
2.2. In the event of a price decrease after your purchase, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided.

3. Asset Support and Updates:
3.1. We will provide support for the purchased assets within the Discord server for a period of 30 days after the date of purchase.
3.2. We will address all bug fixes to ensure the proper functioning of the assets.
3.3. We will consider updates to enhance functionality based on user feedback that we reserve the right to provide for free as an update to the asset, paid under additional downloadable content, or locked behind the Tebex license key feature. While we strive to address critical updates promptly, the frequency and availability of updates may vary and will be communicated within the Discord server.

4. Errors and Backups:
4.1. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information in the listings.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining copies of older versions of the assets if needed, as updates may not always include the same features as previous versions.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks:
5.1. All purchases are final, and refunds will only be issued at our sole discretion if deemed necessary, you will be told in your support ticket by an administrator on discord if you meet this criterion.

6. Asset Loss and Backups:
6.1. We will not be responsible for replacing or providing additional copies of purchased assets if they are lost, damaged, or corrupted.
6.2. It is your responsibility to maintain regular backups of your purchased assets to prevent any data loss.

7. Termination and Ban Policy:
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Discord server and services and ban you from making future purchases if you violate these terms, engage in any harmful, abusive, or malicious activities, or violate the Discord server rules.

8. Ownership and Transfers:
8.1. By purchasing an asset, you acquire a license to use it in accordance with these terms; you do not become the owner of the intellectual property or the asset itself.
8.2. You may not sell or trade the license for any asset, all asset distributions must be done using the keymaster transfer feature for free.

9. Intellectual Property Rights:
9.1. All assets listed on this store are intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or leaking of the assets may result in severe consequences, including permanent ban from the Discord server and future services.
9.2 You are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or tampering with the assets, the license key validation system, or any related components. Any unauthorized modifications to assets purchased outside our "Access Source" category may lead to severe consequences, including termination of access to the Discord server and future services.

10. Updated Terms of Service:
10.1. You can view the terms of service on this page at any time, and we reserve the right to update them with notice within the Discord server.
10.2. Your continued use of the purchased assets after any updates to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
